What Can I Expect During My Organizing Appointment?

1. I have a questionnaire for you to fill out, along with any photos you want to send me.
2. We will have a 20-minute discovery call. This call will allow us to get to know each other better and discuss the project you have in mind.
3. I will email you an individualized plan with a cost estimate.
4. We schedule our organizing appointment!

*During the discovery call, I will want to know what you love and hate about the space. What do you feel will be the complex parts? What is working and what is not working for you? What have you tried before? Why do you think it didn’t work? What is your ideal vision or intended purpose for the space? What supplies do you have or will need? (Note: My goal is to work with what you already have and not purchase other systems or products.)

Day of Appointment

On the appointment day, you can expect me to arrive on time and ready to get to work!

We will start by going to the area you want to organize and systematically get things done.

To keep my estimate accurate, have everyone involved in the decisions be ready to work with me—and let’s have some fun! The result will leave you feeling energized and happy about your new space. What will your life be like when your area is organized?

My rates are reasonable, but living with clutter or disorganization is unreasonable; it may be “costing” you more in terms of the stress it brings!

I’m friendly, non-judgmental, and experienced with putting things in their proper order. Let’s start with your space so you can feel the peace and happiness it brings.

What do I do with my unwanted stuff?

Finding a good home for your unwanted items relieves some of the stress of hanging on to things that no longer serve you.

I believe in protecting the environment, and I will make every effort to avoid waste. Sometimes we can reuse what you already have in a brand new way instead of buying something new. When the things you’ve acquired need to move on, I have procured an extensive list of local agencies in Yamhill County that may accept your items. We can work together on this, or you can make contact with these agencies on your own.
